Named after Tina “Nonnina” Luciano, whose generosity and compassion inspired its mission, the organization prepares weekly care packages filled with essentials. These packages include food staples like oil, sugar, pasta, and handmade dishcloths, as well as personal hygiene products, warm clothing, jackets, hats, toys, and more.
Beyond meeting basic needs, Nonnina’s Table offers other meaningful services, such as opportunities for self-care, with volunteers providing nail treatments and similar acts of kindness. These efforts aim to uplift those in need, restoring a sense of dignity and hope.
The rising cost of living has led to an increase in demand for support, but thanks to the dedication of volunteers and donors, Nonnina’s Table continues to meet the challenge. As Connie and Valentine from Nonnina’s Table emphasize: “Everyone can contribute, whether it’s time, energy, skills, or financial support. Every effort makes a difference.”
